Important Update to Our Pricing

We have always been committed to providing high-quality services at competitive and fair rates. Over recent months, however, we have experienced sustained cost increases from our suppliers across multiple areas of our operations.

We have worked hard to absorb these rising costs for as long as possible through internal efficiencies and cost management initiatives. Unfortunately, this is no longer sustainable without impacting the quality and reliability of the services we deliver.

As a result, we will be applying an 8% adjustment to all charges for services supplied to our customers.

When this takes effect

This change will come into effect from 1st June 2026.
