Ascension has fully integrated with Zebra Cloud connect Reader Management API and zebra Cloud Connect Tag Data Transmission API, so that we can monitor Zebra FX readers for RFID technology.
Ascension software will monitor the heath and performance of fixed FX readers, plus give the ability to perform remote maintenance.
Device monitoring set-up, thresholds alerts, and remote maintenance can be conducted in Ascension Cloud with event information pushed to an appropriate ITSM platform for performance monitoring.
